David
Co-Founder & General Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, David has extensive experience on both sides of the industry. As a manager and producer, his releases have achieve Gold Record status, chart peaking and, award nominations, including an MTV Music Award and NRJ Music Award, and been used in commercials for globally recognised brands like DTAC and Coca Cola, and soundtracked prime time TV shows like Big Brother NorwayIn terms of his industry experience.
David has worked as a radio plugger, artist manager, and A&R Executive, before finally establishing his own independent record label and music production company, Up! Hit MusicUp! Hit Music pieces together David’s wealth of experience and unique ability to identify emerging artists with huge potential to provide a platform for artists to develop their talent and receive a fair and transparent deal. At present, Up! Hit Music is focused on artists from Thailand and Norway.
TROND
Co-Founder & Musical Director
With 25 years in the business, Trond has worked with a who’s who-list in the Norwegian music industry. Making a name for himself as a jazz guitar soloist, moving on to scoring major motion pictures, he has now returned to his roots - pop music songwriting. Trond is a former lecturer at the Northern Norwegian Music Conservatory - teaching music technology, and is currently teaching songwriting, sound engineering and mixing at Noroff School of Technology.

Head of Legal & Partner
Legal degree in 1995 University of Oslo, certified lawyer 2002, legal expert at the The National Insurance Court, lawyer and head of the analysis and policy department at trade unions.
CHRISTIAN
A&R
Christian is an award winning artist, songwriter, composer, producer and talent scout with over 25 years in the business.
He first made his name under the artist name D'lay and rose to the charts with his songs “Going Wild” and “On Your Own”.
He has numerous No.1 and billboard hits and his voice and music has fronted big brand names like Coca Cola Europe, Telenor and numerous other commercial campaigns.
In addition Christian has a bachelor degree in dance and stage-arts. The latter years of his career, Christian has been mostly occupied with composing score music for films and the international video-game industry - including award winning MMO's.
CHRISTINE
Songwriter & Vocal coach
Superstar vocal coach to Eurovision artists, Norwegian pop stars and Up Hit! Music's artists.
Christine has been coaching since 2009 and is a certified singing coach with techniques that will blow your mind. She’s known for her positive vibe and great singing tricks, and coaches singers of all levels both in person and online.
Not only is she a vocal coach, but also a versatile songwriter with millions of streams across all her releases. Both as a topliner for other artists and herself as an artist. Her favorite genres to write are Pop, RnB and EDM
Some of her merits include; Winner of the Norwegian Global Battle of the Bands with her own songs. 3 times silver medalist in World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) Contender on The Voice Norway (Yosef´s team) Releases with millions of streams across the world
